杜若，研究员，国家开放大学终身教育研究院院长，第三届学术委员会副主任委员。中国教育发展战略学会未来教育专业委员会理事、中国成人教育协会学术委员会委员。研究方向 ：社区互联网学习、在线课程设计、数字化资源建设、教学质量保证等。主持完成 “基于泛在学习的交互式数字教材的建设与应用模式探索” 等 7 项省部级课题，发表论文 20 篇，出版专著《在线课程设计与教学运行》等 6 部。曾荣获国际开放与远程教 育大会 (ICDE) 创新与最佳实践奖以及北京市高等教育教学成果 奖一等奖、二等奖等。
Du  Ruo is a  Professor and the  Dean of the  Lifelong Education Research Institute at the Open University of China, and serves as the Vice Chair of the Third Academic Committee. She is also a member of the Future Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy and a member of the Academic Committee of the China Adult Education Association. Her research interests include e-learning in community, online course design, digital resource development, and teaching quality assurance . She has led and completed 7 provincial and ministerial-level projects, such as “Exploration of Construction and Application Models of Interactive Digital Textbooks Based on Ubiquitous Learning”, published 20 papers, and authored six academic monographs, including Online Course Design and Teaching Operation. Du Ruo has been awarded the Innovation and Best Practice Award at the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE), the First Prize and Second Prize of the Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, among other honors.
