郑霁鹏，博士，教授，外语学院院长，教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委员会委员。国家开放大学优秀教师，中国成人教育协会学术新秀，希望之星口语大赛评委。从事英语教学工作二十余年，发表文章近 30 篇，主持并参与包括国家级课题在内 10 余项。所主持建设的 “开放英语 1” 获评国家开放大学精品课程。近年来，主要致力于利用人工智能赋能英语智慧教学改革，取得丰硕成果，带领团队实施 “基于 AI 技术的大规模个性化英语教学创新实践” 入选教育部首批 18 个 “人工智能+ 高等教育” 应用场景典型案例之一。
Zheng Jipeng, Ph.D. , Professor, is Dean of the School of Foreign Languages at OUC. He is also a member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Foreign Language Majors at Vocational Colleges, which is overseen by the Ministry of Education of China. He has been bestowed with titles such as Outstanding Teacher at OUC, Academic Star of the China Adult Education Association, and Judge of the Star of Outlook English Talent Competition. With an extensive and rich background in English instruction that spans over two decades, Prof. Zheng has nearly 30 articles published. His profound commitment to academic excellence is further evidenced by his leadership and participation in over ten research projects, including those of a national scale. One of his achievements is the development and implementation of the course This Is English 1, which has been acclaimed as a High-Quality Course at OUC. In more recent years, he has concentrated his efforts on harnessing artificial intelligence to revolutionize smart English teaching methodologies, yielding impactful results. His team's groundbreaking project, Innovative Practice of Large-Scale Personalized English Teaching Based on AI Technology, has been recognized and selected as one of the first 18 exemplary case studies that highlight the innovative integration of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education applications by the Ministry of Education of China.
