韩国国立开放大学校长 Song Hwan Ko President of KNOU
高松焕博士，韩国国立开放大学校长，毕业于韩国首尔国立大学，分别于 1985 年、 1987 年、 1996 年获得韩国语言与文学学士、硕士和博士学位。高校长职业经验丰富，具有坚实的学术功底，自2003 年至今担任韩国国立开放大学韩语语言与文学学院教授，在 2020-2021 年间担任韩国国立开放大学文学院院长，2015 年起担任该校学术事务办公室执行院长，2011-2016 年间担任韩国国立开放大学通识教育中心负责人。2014-2015 年间担任韩国文本语言协会主席。2010-2016 年间担任韩国国立开放大学学术办公室副院长，2001 年 -2013 年间担任韩国双语社团及国际韩国语言基金会首席研究员。2000 年 -2001 年担任 Sogang 大学研究教授。
President Song Hwan Ko earned his Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degrees in Korean Language and Literature from Seoul National University in 1985, 1987, and 1996, respectively. President Ko brings extensive professional experience to his current role. Since 2003, he has been serving as a Professor in the Department of Korean Language and Literature at Korea National Open University. He held the position of Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Korea National Open University from 2020 to 2021 and served as Acting Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs from 2015. Additionally, he was Director of the Institute of Integrated Humanities from 2020 to 2021 and served as Director General at the Center for General Education from 2011 to 2016. President Ko also served as President of The Text-linguistic Society of Korea from 2014 to 2015 and as Associate Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs from 2010 to 2016. Furthermore, from 2001 to 2013, President Ko held the role of Principal Researcher at the Korean Society of Bilingualism & International Korea Language Foundation. Prior to his current position, he was a Research Professor at Sogang University from 2000 to 2001.
