王立，国家开放大学理工教学部计算机科学与技术学院教 授。长期从事分布式计算、计算机网络和教育技术领域的研究。 其负责的在线课程《Android 智能手机编程》于 2018 年被 评为 “国家精品在线开放课程”。2019 年，其负责的在线课程 团队被评为北京市高校继续教育高水平教学团队 ；2020 年，其 教学成果《开放大学计算机专业在线开放课程分级协同教学模 式研究与实践》获得第九届广东省教育教学成果奖（高等教育） 二等奖 ；2023 年，《Android 智能手机编程》课程被评为 “2023 年北京市优质本科课程”。
Wang Li, is a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, the School of Science and Engineering, the OUC. He has long been engaged in research in the fields of distributed computing, computer network and education technology. The online course Android Smart Phone Programming he was responsible for won the 2018 National High-Quality Open Online Course. In 2019, the online course team he was responsible for was selected as the highlevel teaching team of Continuing Education in Beijing Higher Education Institutions; in 2020, the teaching achievement Research and Practice of Open Online Course Hierarchical Collaborative Teaching Mode for Computer Majors of Open University won the Second Prize of the 9th Guangdong Provincial Education and Teaching Achievement (Higher Education); in 2023, the Android Smart Phone Programming course was awarded the 2023 Beijing High-Quality Undergraduate Course.
