中川一史，日本放送大学下一代教育研究中心主任，专注 于中小学信息与媒体教育，深度参与数字教材和信息素养发展 等研究与商业合作。曾担任国家教育和信息通信技术应用委员 会委员，为学校和地方政府建言献策，担任教科书编辑委员会 成员，为教科书开发贡献力量。
Hitoshi Nakagawa is the Director of Next Generation Education Research Center at The Open University of Japan (OUJ). With a specialization in information and media education for primary and secondary education, he is deeply involved in research and business collaborations focusing on digital textbooks and the development of information literacy. He has served as a member of National Commission on Education and ICT Application. In addition, he advises schools and local governments and contributes to textbook development as a member of the Textbook Editorial Committee.
