李奉珉，韩国国立开放大学学术事务办公室副院长，首尔 国立大学社会研究教育系博士。他的研究方向包括青少年问题， 如欺凌、青少年犯罪和网络过度依赖。李奉珉教授自 2012 年 9 月起在韩国国立开放大学任教，具有丰富的教学经验。此外， 他曾在 2003 年 3 月至 2007 年 8 月期间任中学社会研究教师。
Bong Min Lee is the Associate Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs at Korea National Open University. He holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Social Studies Education at Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. His research focuses on youth issues such as bullying, delinquency, and internet over- dependence. Bong Min Lee has extensive teaching experience, having served as a Professor at KNOU since September 2012. Additionally, he worked as a Social Studies teacher at a middle school from March 2003 to August 2007.
