李薇，教育学博士、副研究员，国家开放大学学习资源部部长，中国成人教育协会科研机构工委会常务理事、副秘书长。专注终身学习、在线教育、数字资源研究。出版《经合组织与全民终身学习发展》《世界开放大学比较研究》等专著 5 部 ；发表 SSCI、CSSCI 论文 30 余篇，主持全国教科规划教育部重点课题等 6 项，参与起草终身教育、继续教育等教育部政策文件10 余项。获 ICDE 第 26 届世界大会最佳论文奖、全国中青年成人教育学术新秀等。
Li Wei, Ph.D. in Education, Associate Researcher, is Director of the Learning Resources Department of the OUC, Deputy Secretary General of the Scientific Research Institute Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Adult Education. Her research focus includes lifelong learning, online education, and digital resources . She published five monographs, including OECD and the Development of Lifelong Learning for All and Comparative Study of the World Open Universities. She has published more than 30 SSCI and CSSCI papers, led six national projects from the Ministry of Education, and participated in the drafting of more than 10 policies on lifelong education and continuing education. She won the Best Paper Award of the 26th ICDE World Conference and was recognized as a National Outstanding Young Scholar in Adult Education of China.
