李松，教授，教育学博士，国家开放大学党委委员、副校长，国家开放大学学术委员会主任委员，《中国远程教育》杂志主编。主要研究方向为在线教育、课程开发与教学设计。主持全国教育科学 “十三五” 规划 2020 年度课题 “深度学习视域下的成人在线教育课程设计与应用研究”、北京市教育科学“十三五”规划 2016 年度课题 “北京市幼儿教师继续教育在线开放课程开发研究与实践”，参与全国教育科学 “十一五” 规划重点课题 “我国高等教育优质教学资源的发展战略的研究”、教育部委托课题“中小学教师教育技术能力标准研究” 等十余项国家级、省部级课题。在 CSSCI 期刊和全国各大核心期刊上发表论文 30 余篇，出版《在线学习活动设计研究》《多媒体技术》等作品。
Prof. Li Song, Ph.D. in Education, is the Vice President of the OUC, Director of the OUC Academic Committee, and Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Journal of Distance Education. His main research areas include online education, curriculum development, and teaching design. He has led the 2020 national education science project Research on the Design and Application of Online Adult Education Courses from the Perspective of Deep Learning during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period, and the 2016 Beijing Education Science Project Research and Practice on the Development of Open and Online Courses for Continuing Education of Kindergarten Teachers in Beijing during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period. He has participated in more than ten national and provincial-level projects, including Research on the Development Strategy of High-quality Teaching Resources in China’s Higher Education, a key national education science project during the Eleventh Five- Year Plan period, and Research on the Standards of Educational Technology Competence for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, a commissioned project of the Ministry of Education of China. He has published over 30 papers in CSSCI journals and major national core journals, and authored works such as Research on Online Learning Activity Design and Multimedia Technology.
