国家开放大学 党委书记、校长 Wang Qiming President of the OUC
王启明，管理学博士，国家开放大学党委书记、校长。长 期从事高等教育改革和管理工作 30 余年，在担任国家开放大 学校长之前，曾于 2017 年 2 月至 2023 年 8 月任教育部高等教 育司副司长。主要研究方向为高等教育、开放教育、老年教育、 教育数字化、教育国际化，主持实施过十余项中国高等教育重 大改革项目。
Dr. Wang Qiming, Ph.D. in Management, is the President of the OUC. He has been engaged in higher education reform and management for more than three decades . Prior to his appointment as the President of the OUC, he served as Deputy Director General of Department of Higher Education, the Ministry of Education of China from February 2017 to August 2023. His main research areas include higher education, open education, education for the elderly, education digitalization, and education internationalization. Dr. Wang has presided over the implementation of more than ten major reform projects in Chinese higher education.
